In either case, you are trying to follow hair dying method for better effect. After all, it’s about your hair and most often than not your hair determines your personality. Hair dying is in existence since centuries and men and women both are used of doing it. Depending upon the treatment you are using like chemical or natural, there are chances of your hair getting affected. It has been said that hair dying procedure is not always a safe option. One of the fall outs of this method is drying up of hair and that can result in breaking down of the tresses. Having said that, one must take proper direction and should know what he or she is dealing with trying to dye hair. Alternatively you can also opt for professional help.

Dyes are basically of two types; permanent and semi-permanent dyes. As the name suggests, former one will last long and will not be really affected by washing or sun rays whereas later one will eventually vanish. Talking about permanent hair dye, you will have a package with two bottles or sachet of conditioning cream that are supposed to be used after you dye the hair. For your information, one bottle will have hydrogen peroxide solution (usually 6%) and the other bottle will have actual hair dyes dissolved in ammonia.

If you are looking for semi permanent hair dye then you must know that these are without the strong chemical present in permanent ones. You can get this solution as a liquid, foam or gel. You have to apply it directly to your hair. This one is less damaging to hair but will fade soon.

Bad hair days can simply play havoc in your life and you may get stressed maintaining your long hair! However, here are some of the ways to de-stress and give a breath of life to your tresses…

The most common problem that we face maintaining long hair is that during the monsoon because of humidity, the scalp gets sticky and matted. Weak hair breaks faster, hair gets tangled and drying hair takes forever! Moreover, incase people like me are living in a city like Mumbai which has high pollution levels, the rain water gets mixed with the chemicals and that enters your scalp, weakening your hair further. Hence, in such situations, you have to help yourself and take special care for that beautiful hair. One of the ways to take care of your hair is to eat right which means that you need to eat a lot of vegetables. For dinner, here is what you can do: Boil all these vegetables: capcisum, baby corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower etc and add jeera powder, salt, pepper and some chilli powder and have this for dinner. You will feel light and at the same time it will be great for your hair.

What you can also need to take care is see to it that you are not constipated. This is because constipation causes retention and re-absorption of toxins to create frizzy hair. Use a leave-in conditioner and oil your hair regularly to protect your hair from the external factors that can cause damage to them.
