Bad hair days can simply play havoc in your life and you may get stressed maintaining your long hair! However, here are some of the ways to de-stress and give a breath of life to your tresses…
The most common problem that we face maintaining long hair is that during the monsoon because of humidity, the scalp gets sticky and matted. Weak hair breaks faster, hair gets tangled and drying hair takes forever! Moreover, incase people like me are living in a city like Mumbai which has high pollution levels, the rain water gets mixed with the chemicals and that enters your scalp, weakening your hair further. Hence, in such situations, you have to help yourself and take special care for that beautiful hair. One of the ways to take care of your hair is to eat right which means that you need to eat a lot of vegetables. For dinner, here is what you can do: Boil all these vegetables: capcisum, baby corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower etc and add jeera powder, salt, pepper and some chilli powder and have this for dinner. You will feel light and at the same time it will be great for your hair.
What you can also need to take care is see to it that you are not constipated. This is because constipation causes retention and re-absorption of toxins to create frizzy hair. Use a leave-in conditioner and oil your hair regularly to protect your hair from the external factors that can cause damage to them.

Be it a formal dinner or a casual coffee catch-up with friends, the fact that you have medium length hair means that you can do a lot of experiment with various hair styles and hair dos. Medium length hairstyles are long enough to tie back into updos and they can look gorgeous and splendid!
Beauty industry thrives on creativity. More creative you are, better are the chances of you belonging to the top league. Creativity is such an eternal concept. It keeps you hungry for more.
