Medium length layers

For hair that is heavily damaged or has a lot of split ends, the first thing that you need to do is have a hair cut even if it is just at trim that does not affect the length of your hair. Layers can help get rid of split ends at the same time gives a more finished look. One need not completely chop off their hair. You will feel light and at the same time it will be great for your hair.

 

What you can also need to take care is see to it that you are not constipated. This is because constipation causes retention and re-absorption of toxins to create frizzy hair. Use a leave-in conditioner and oil your hair regularly to protect your hair from the external factors that can cause damage to them.
