For most working, or rather career woman, it is a waste of time and effort grooming and styling long hair. And yet, they are not too keen on going short, or for that matter too short. They prefer the length to be medium.
Medium hairstyles as defined by stylists, universally is the length that ranges from neck to shoulder. And with this length, there is much creative scope where styles, cuts and colors are concerned. And yes, it is manageable, too.
Medium length hair, whether cut in layers or as a one length blunt or bob cut, can be styled according to the occasion. The hair can be left lose, or then tied back. Fancy pins, clips and hair bands can be used to adorn the hair. There is no scope for boredom. In fact, even hair experts enjoy playing with this length and can work on wonderful makeovers.
Medium cut hairstyles are generally layered to give volume and style to the hair. And most cuts are such that they do not need blow-drying unless one is attending a special occasion. Most importantly, while traveling one can pin up their hair with a clutch clip and let it lose. In fact, the hair falls even better.
Washing, drying, styling, all require less effort with the medium length hair. There is no harm in washing the hair daily, or for that matter limiting it to only three times a week. Leave aside women, but even men growing their hair out, limit it to the medium length. And for that matter even mothers prefer their little girls to maintain this length, so that they can be easily be taken care off, though the length would rather be towards the shorter scale, than longer.
